Placing Orders
We need substantial time when booking Wedding Cakes, Novelty Cakes and Cakes that require 3D Fondant Toppers. The reason for this is that specific colours and decorations will need to be sourced, and 3D Fondant Toppers need time to set properly.

Last minute orders - where possible we will do our utmost to assist with last minute orders, however this does come down to how busy we are at the time.
Pricing
Prices shown on our Product Page are a guide only. All cakes and decorations are custom made, therefore the price of your cake may vary from the price shown.

Pricing comes down to many factors including cake size, shape, decorations, finishing and complexity.
Deposit
50% non-refundable deposit required upon booking.

Please consider that once a cake is booked Creative Cakez will start work on the project immediately by outsourcing what is needed, such as decorations, housing of the cake etc.

The 50% deposit covers materials sourced plus our time should a booking be cancelled.
